Lindera 16 Clubhouse was designed as the central amenity hub for a growing townhome community in Summerville, South Carolina. The project features a community clubhouse with public meeting space, restrooms, and support facilities, complemented by a resort-style swimming pool with a dedicated lap lane and a neighborhood playground. Thoughtfully integrated into the surrounding residential development, the amenity creates a welcoming destination for recreation, social gatherings, and everyday community life while providing residents with a functional, family-focused outdoor space.
