Cypress Preserve, Moncks Corner, SC - Community Resort Pool and Playground

Cypress Preserve was developed as a neighborhood recreation amenity serving a growing residential community in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. The project included a community swimming pool, playground, and supporting site amenities designed to provide residents with a central destination for recreation, relaxation, and social interaction. As the Owner's Representative, I coordinated project execution from planning through completion while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
