The project ultimately included a full down-to-the-studs renovation, complete rear demolition and custom addition, modern reconfiguration of the floor plan, and upscale finishes throughout. Served as developer and project manager from acquisition through completion, overseeing budgeting, design coordination, permitting, contractor management, inspections, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and final delivery. Navigated unforeseen structural conditions, coordinated design revisions, and maintained project momentum throughout construction.

Despite significant challenges, including extensive termite damage, structural reconstruction, and evolving municipal inspection requirements, the project was successfully delivered as a high-end luxury residence.
